Bianca Beam is Of Counsel at the Law Office of Max Rodriguez.    

Bianca represents qui tam Relators and whistleblowers under the False Claims Act and the SEC Whistleblower Program.

Bianca has experience in complex global litigation and investigations working primarily on cases involving corporate noncompliance, breach of contract, and fraud.

Bianca received her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2020 and is admitted to practice law in Illinois, District of Columbia, New York, and Maryland. Bianca also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University and has a master's in international relations from the London School of Economics.

She is currently a member of the Anti-Fraud Coalition (TAF).
